How does Jersey Shore Women’s Center provide all of their services to the community for free?
We are a registered nonprofit that believes that women deserve to be empowered in their decision making process. Specifically when considering abortion, women should be supported with an abundance of area resources throughout her pregnancy and beyond – if they make that decision. Our supporters contribute to our organization to make this possible.
What support do you provide beyond pregnancy, as you mention above?
Our experienced staff recognize that every situation is different. We specialize in providing individualized care plans for women and their families to provide ongoing support. Sometimes this means helping clients get caught up on rent, and sometimes it means helping with transportation challenges that families are facing. We really try to help with the full spectrum.
Do you provide more unbiased abortion information than the local Planned Parenthood?
Yes. Because we are 100% donor supported, we do not profit financially from ANY abortion or pregnancy decision a woman makes. This makes it possible for us to give you accurate information based upon your individual situation without any thought of how this could financially benefit the organization. You can be confident that we will not be swayed by abortion quotas and sales goals.
